CANADIAN AFFAIR TOPS CONSUMER POLL
Canadian Affair proved itself the consumer’s choice when it was named ‘Consumer Favourite Tour Operator’ for the third consecutive year, at the British Annual Canada Travel Awards (BACTA) in London.
The UK's leading tour operator to Canada topped a poll of over 60,000 British travellers whilst its Managing Director, Anette Rayner, was also honoured when she became the first ever recipient of an award marking her ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Promotion of Canada’.
Ms Rayner, who founded the company in 1995 and has more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry, said: “I am delighted to accept both of these awards and do so as reward for all our staff who work tirelessly to provide the excellent service for which we’ve become renowned.
”Winning the Consumer Favourite Tour Operator award for the third successive year is proof that customers recognise that our product, prices and customer service are second to none. This accolade is particularly important to us because it has been voted upon by the travelling public.
“In our short history, Canadian Affair has become known for low fares and the high quality service which we offer to those travelling from our various UK departure points to Canada. We will continue to grow based on this philosophy.”
The tour operator is building on its success by doubling its UK programme this year – offering 400,000 seats from eight UK airports in its Summer 2007 programme. Flights operate direct non stop to and from the major international airports and offer the fastest and most cost efficient services across the Atlantic.
Canadian Affair specialises in flights and high quality tailor-made holidays to Canada ranging from flight-only options to complex holiday packages. It offers hotels, Rocky Mountaineer train tours, self-drive holidays, cruises, motor-homes and much more at the most competitive prices.
